What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using the following methods:
Credit Card or Cash On Delivery
How can I pay with a credit card?
When submitting your order, you will be directed to the checkout
payment page.
1. Under payment method, choose “Credit Card”.
2. Fill in your credit card information.
3. Click “Pay” to complete your payment.
What currencies can I pay with on the website?
We currently support MYR, SGD, PHP. If you
want to change your payment currency, click the currency button.
More payment options will be available in
the future.
What should I do if my card payment has failed?
1.Please make sure you have entered the correct
credit card information
2. If your card has expired or your payment has
exceeded the card’s limit, please contact your card issuer.
3. If you got an error notice on the payment
page, please check your card information and try to pay again. If this doesn’t
work, you can try using another card or another browser.
Why was my credit card payment declined?
All payment processing is handled by an independent secure payment
processor.
Payment may be declined for various reasons; please check the
following points and contact your credit card issuer for further help:
● insufficient funds
● card has
been reported as lost or stolen
● card has
expired
● card has not
been activated
● card cannot
be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment
(online/over the internet)
Coupons & Promotions
How do I get a coupon?
When a promotion is being held, you can see the coupons offered on the promotion page. Just click on the coupon to claim it and please make sure to use it during the validity period.
Coupon information is displayed below the item price in item pages. You
can simply click on the coupon to claim it.
How do I use my coupon?
After successfully claiming your coupon, you can use it by clicking on it before making payment. Generally, coupons cannot be stacked.
If you have a coupon code, you will be able
to use it upon completing your order. Once you have entered your coupon code,
click‘Check’to validate that the code you have entered is correct. The coupon
discount amount should be applied to your order once validated in our system.
Please note that you may only use one coupon per order.
Why can't I use a coupon?
Check whether the coupon has expired. Please check your
coupon information in "My Coupons". If the coupon has expired or has already been used,
the coupon can not be used anymore.
Please check the terms and conditions for
coupons. Some coupons can only be used for certain categories.
Your coupon may no longer be
valid. Please check the coupon's terms and conditions to ensure that you
are using the coupon within its validity period.
If I cancel an order, will the coupon be
returned to me?
For cancellations due to personal reasons,
coupons will not be returned. If your order was canceled due to official
reasons, the coupon will be returned. For more information about coupons,
