Cancelling Orders


How can I cancel an order?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a refund.

Time limit: within 24hours after payment of the order

Note: Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you have a special case, please contact the seller for cancellation and if the seller agrees, you can cancel the order.


Returns &Exchanges Policy

-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or deny the refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund arrival time: Credit card refund arrival, from the date we receive the return. Within 3~5 working days.If you do not receive a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all of these operations but still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at service@giikmall.com.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise, and the shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
